Dr. Carl David Rowland
Partner & Senior Advisor
Dr. Carl David Rowland is a seasoned business consultant, educator, and former military officer whose career spans over three decades across healthcare, academia, and organizational leadership. Born in Montreal, Quebec, Dr. Rowland served as an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces before transitioning into a distinguished career in nursing management and executive consulting.
With over 25 years of experience in nursing management and 15 years in process improvement consulting, Dr. Rowland has helped organizations across sectors streamline operations, develop leadership pipelines, and drive sustainable growth. He has taught more than 10 graduate-level courses in organizational development, project management, and healthcare leadership, shaping the next generation of executives and administrators.
Dr. Rowland holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and is currently completing a Doctorate in Nursing. His dual expertise in business strategy and clinical systems gives him a rare ability to bridge the gap between operational efficiency and human-centered leadership. At Nos Ducimus Group, he brings that same rigor and clarity to every client engagement.

Arthur Gilbert is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Nos Ducimus Group. A U.S. Army veteran with over a decade of military service, Arthur built his post-military career at the intersection of business development, strategic partnerships, and investor relations. Based in the East Bay, California, he has spent years cultivating an exclusive network of investors, operators, and advisors who are serious about deploying capital and building lasting companies.
Arthur specializes in connecting vetted businesses with the right partners, funding sources, and strategic resources. His approach is direct and relationship-driven. He does not believe in wasting time on surface-level introductions. Every connection he makes is intentional, and every engagement is built around long-term outcomes rather than short-term wins.
Arthur founded Nos Ducimus Group because he saw too many capable business owners being shut out of the rooms where real decisions get made. His mission is simple: change that.
